About Us

Cleo Noxon is the Principal of Noxon Workplace Investigation.  She is certified in workplace complaint investigation by the HRPA and has an Advanced Certificate  in Workplace Investigations from Osgoode Hall Law School.  Cleo is a CPA, CA with over 30 years experience as a senior leader in a variety of industries.  Her initial training as an auditor provided her with a solid foundation in collecting evidence to assess compliance with policies, which is a skill that  is leveraged in conducting investigations.  She brings extensive experience managing Human Resources to her practice, including having overseen policy and procedure implementation, compliance, litigation, employee development and performance management.  She has conducted investigations for many years, both internally, as well as for employers and law firms as a third party, independent investigator.  Cleo has volunteered as a member of the Board of the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital since 2018.
